i´m observing the dubai market and prices seem still to fall, even at a slightly lower rate.

Hi,

i'm looking for a serious partner to set up a real estate opportunity fund investing in Dubai real estte.
I think that the timing is perfect for 2010 and market prospects are good as surely the worst is over.
