According to me it is high time for investment in dubai Property.Dubai has been one of the prime worldwide real estate hotspots for some time now and continues to offer exceptional rental yields and capital growth. |

I am also interested in investments the islamic way. I recognize that investing in
the Dubai real estagte market would be great but it also requires that you possess
significant amount of capital (hundred thousand of $$$) to invest in order to gain something.
could you guys recommend any sort of investment that I may begin with a few thousand $$
as a start because not everyone got millions $$$  but many would like to 
maybe in mutual funds??? or islamic indexes in the stock market or....

actually i'm planning to invest in the dubai real estate market. do you think the timing is OK now? i read that the market is down around 50 %!!!!
